Contact Form and Inquiries
When you use our inquiry form, we process your name, studio/practice, email, phone number, request, the inquired device, and your message exclusively for processing the inquiry (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and f GDPR). The data is transmitted to our server encrypted and stored there; it will not be shared with third parties for advertising purposes. We delete inquiries once they are completed and no legal retention obligations prevent us from doing so.
Server Log Files
When accessing the website, technically necessary data such as IP address, time, page accessed, and browser type are processed to ensure website operation and security (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
Range Measurement only with Consent
We only collect website usage statistics if you explicitly consent in the cookie banner (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). Without consent, no analysis scripts will be loaded and no analysis cookies will be set. The IP address is anonymized when statistics are activated.
