Technical Development
Device concept, parameter logic, and software development are carried out in coordination with users from studios and practices – functions emerge from daily treatment routines, not from marketing.
Manufacturing & Components
Diode stacks, cooling technology, and optics are installed as defined assemblies. Spare parts are documented per device model and available via the service center.
Quality System
Each system is tested before delivery: power measurement, cooling circuit, safety shutdowns, and display functions are logged.
Training
Instruction and user training via the Alix Academy – including parameter selection, skin types, safety distances, and treatment documentation.
Service
German contact, remote support, and on-site deployments. Service scope and response times are contractually defined in writing.
Regulatory Status
We provide device-specific information on conformity, labeling, and NiSV-relevant requirements. We do not publish general certification claims here – documents are available upon request.
